Restaurant 1818 is located in one of the oldest buildings in Zermatt. Modern design is combined here with historical building fabric to form a harmonious whole. Vegetables and meat are cooked to perfection on the 350-degree embers of the Josper charcoal grill.
Black-nosed sheep and Eringer cows are a passion of the Julen family. The animals that graze on the lush Zermatt meadows provide a large part of the basic products for the authentic alpine cuisine at Restaurant Im Hof. The menus are adapted with seasonal ingredients.
