New openings in Kitzbühel: the restaurant and club scene is on the move

Munich star restaurant opens branch, the "Lichtl", the "Hostaria" and the "Krumma" launch new concepts, a new club opens with the "Niio" and Dior has also taken a liking to the Gamsstadt.

What's new in Kitzbühel? That's probably what many people are asking themselves as the Christmas vacations and ski season approach. "Just in time for the start of the winter season, we are delighted to be able to present such a large number of innovations. It is extremely exciting to see what has happened in recent months and that the destination is constantly evolving," says Kitzbühel Tourism Managing Director Dr. Viktoria Veider-Walser.

As Falstaff already reported, Fabrice and Katrin Kieffer are coming to Kitzbühel with "Les Deux". Modern interpretations of classic French dishes are offered in a brasserie atmosphere. Zuma is already a firm favourite and has already reopened its doors for the season.

While the "Take Five" is already celebrating its 30th anniversary, dance enthusiasts have been delighted with a new addition since the beginning of December: the "Niio Club" Kitzbühel, in the basement of the Kitz Galleria, delights with a converted location and top-class DJ sets. The associated café "Kitz Galleria" on the upper floor of the department store serves breakfast, a variety of lunch dishes and a large selection of cocktails. The view of the surrounding mountains is best enjoyed from the newly renovated roof terrace.

"Das Lichtl" in the Vorderstadt was taken over a few months ago and invites the young and young at heart from Wednesday to Saturday - including events with live music.

The "Hostaria Kitzbühel" will be run by Simone, known from the "Il Gusto", and Pablo, known from the "Caffé Beluna", from this winter season. Hot dishes such as pizza, panini and tarte flambée are also available in the new winter lounge in the "Caffé Beluna" seven days a week.

The Neumayr bakery has become the "Krumma", where everything revolves around the perfect moment of indulgence - for a little break in between or an invitation to a special occasion.

Not a gastronomy hotspot, but a new fixture for fashion fans: this winter season, the fashion house "Dior" is bringing French flair to the Gamsstadt with its first cruise pop-up until the end of February. The store presents itself in the style of the "Dior Cruise 2024" collection with wooden elements, the colour white and golden butterflies.
