Name: Gin & Tonic
Ingredients: 40 ml Boar gin; 60 ml tonic water; ice cubes; mineral water; cucumber slice to garnish

Summer Cocktail

You can't beat a classic gin and tonic as a refreshing summer drink.

Pour the gin into a balloon glass and add the tonic water.
Fill the glass to the brim with ice cubes, stir carefully with a cocktail stick and top up with mineral water.
Garnish with cucumber slices.
