Tasting from 02.11.2021: Benjamin Herzog, Erhard Ruthner, Roland Graf, Othmar Kiem, David Penker, Hermann Botolen, Daniel Ulicny, Heinz Karasek, Katharina Schwaller

Bright shimmering amber. On the nose precious woods, white chocolate, candied orange peel, subtle toasted aromas, light cinnamon and light malt. A pleasant sensation of fine spice envelopes the palate. Almost oily in texture, complex yet not overwhelming. Develops elegantly with a finish of bourbon vanilla and almond flakes. A great Riserva.
