Tasting from 02.11.2021: Benjamin Herzog, Erhard Ruthner, Roland Graf, Othmar Kiem, David Penker, Hermann Botolen, Daniel Ulicny, Heinz Karasek, Katharina Schwaller
Complex aromas with lots of dried fruit, apricots, plums and cherries, plus milk cream and fine lemon balm. Very fresh and tightly woven on the palate. Mixed spices with coriander seed and allspice on the long finish.
