Tasting from 01.01.2022: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Intense golden yellow with shimmering reflections. On the nose baked apple, some lavender, a touch of candied orange, overall of medium expression. Nutty on the palate with fine buttery accents. Very rich, also slightly alcoholic, unfortunately becomes a little dilute in the finish.
